Hermitage Hotel & Spa is nestled among larch trees at the foot of the sunny Italian Matterhorn, blending the warmth and protective feel of mountain refuges with intimate luxury. The interiors, rich in wood, stone, and velvet, and each room’s unique design reflect the care of the Neyroz family, who founded the chalet in 1975 and have owned it ever since.
Hermitage Hotel & Spa has been a proud member of Relais & Châteaux since 1993 and is also affiliated with the Virtuoso and EcoLuxury networks.
La Chandelle, mentioned in the last several editions of the Michelin Guide and awarded with two forks by Gambero Rosso, offers an innovative yet traditional cuisine focused on seasonality, paired with a wine cellar of over 1.000 labels.
The Hermitage Spa by Bellefontaine is a heaven of relaxation, featuring a heated pool and an exclusive range of treatments for complete well-being.
In 2025, the Hermitage will celebrate its 50th anniversary with special culinary events featuring renowned chefs from all over Italy.
