Luciano K is a 38-room boutique hotel, a mix of antique character and art deco design.
The hotel has a lobby, bar, sauna and restaurant on the first floor. A 300-square-meter terrace on the roof with a bar, a heated pool, and spectacular views of Parque Forestal and Alameda.
The building is a historical jewel in the heart of the gastronomic and cultural neighborhood of Lastarria. originally developed by architect Luciano Kulczewski in the 1920s. At the time of its construction this was the tallest building in Chile, and the first with an elevator and central heating. Its architecture and style take us back to the glamor and elegance of the 1920s, accompanied by the best comfort and state-of-the-art technology in international hotels.
